Around Randolph: Have your say in the future of the township

Staff members from Portage Soil and Water Conservation and Portage Parks have shared that it is important to monitor what is happening with zoning in your community because your input is important. In Randolph, there will be a public zoning meeting at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 9 at the Randolph Senior Center. This will take place immediately after the Randolph Township Trustees meeting, which starts at 6 p.m. We may or may not be able to make changes at the national level; however, each and every one of us can make a difference locally. We are fortunate to have caring township trustees, fiscal officer and zoning inspector. Please consider attending these meetings to become better informed of what is happening. Also, this is an opportunity for you to briefly share how you envision the future of Randolph.
