The St. Ambrose St. Patrick’s Day Reverse Raffle Dinner is back to being held at Sugar Bush. The event on March 16 includes dinner, coffee, iced tea, cash bar, DJ, reverse raffle, 50/50, and a Chinese auction. Tickets are $100 for two meals and one number, grand prize is $1,000.
There will be side boards available also. An additional $20 will get you a buy back of your number, (a second chance). Only 100 tickets will be sold. Every 20 draws will receive a prize. The Garrettsville Chamber of Commerce is hosting the Sip-N-Shop, a wine tasting/craft/artisan show, from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 27 on Main Street this summer. The chamber is currently looking for crafters interested in participating in this fun event. Come out and listen to music, sip wine (in the DORA) and sell your crafts.
Artisans wanted! Profits from this event will be put toward the beautification of Garrettsville.

Friends of the Garrettsville Library will hold a book sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 16. Every day is Bag Day — bring your own bag and fill it for only $5. All proceeds will support Garrettsville local library, located at 10482 South St., in beautiful Garrettsville.
Garrettsville Hiram Rotary is hosting its annual Scotch Doubles to benefit the Tom Collins Rotary Memorial Trail. They are over halfway to their goal and anticipate breaking ground this year!
Cost is $50 a couple. There will be a Chinese auction. This event will take place at Sky Lanes on March 2. Contact a Rotary member for tickets.
