Paris
Paris Township will hold its annual “Breakfast with Buddy” – Buddy the Elf – from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9 at the Shearer Community Center at 9355 Newton Falls Rd. The menu will include pancakes, bacon, sausage, biscuits, cakes, coffee and orange juice. Cost is $10 for adults and $8 for children 10 years old or younger.
The township’s annual Trunk-or-Treat was held Oct. 28 at the Shearer Community Center.
“It was a really good turnout,” township Chair Dave Kemble said.
Rootstown
The annual Rootstown Community Business Expo/Trunk-or-Treat took place Oct. 21 at NEOMED. Thirty-six businesses were there.
“It was a very nice turnout,” township Vice Chair Dave McIntyre said.
Edinburg
Trunk-or-Treat was held Oct. 29 at Edinburg Township Park and was a big success.
“There were probably 200-300 people who showed up,” township Trustee Chris Diehl said.
