Chicks & Bees started during the pandemic lockdown when two friends in rural Portage County decided to start keeping bees. As our skills and number of hives increased, so did our honey harvest.
Honey is one of the most adulterated foods world wide due to the cost of its production. Our honey is local, filtered and raw. It is intensely sweet and floral, especially when compared to mass-produced honey. Excellent in tea, yogurt, baked goods, or on toast. Our honey even took first place at the Randolph fair!
Packaged in sealed one-pound containers for easy gift giving. One pound for $12, or three for $30. Pickup or local delivery for a fee available.
