The Portage County Board of Elections would like to advise Ravenna voters who live in the Ravenna City 3A and Ravenna City 4A precincts who vote at Reed Memorial Library, that on Election Day the Reed Memorial Library parking lot will not be available due to construction. A map with available parking was sent to each registered voter in the two Ravenna City precincts showing them where parking will be available on Election Day.
If voters wish to avoid potential parking issues they are reminded that they can also vote prior to Election Day by voting absentee. There are two ways to vote absentee: by mail or in person. If you wish to have a ballot mailed to you, an application must be properly completed and returned to our office no later than March 12, 2024 at 8:30 p.m. An absentee ballot application can be found on our website at www.portagecounty-oh.gov under the Absentee tab or voters can call our office and we will send them an application 330-297-3519. Voters may also come to the Board of Elections office located at 449 S. Meridian in Ravenna and vote early. Early voting began on February 21, 2024 and runs through March 17, 2024.
