June 8, 2026 - by Ruth Ann Bartholomew. - Charlestown Township's Cemetery sexton, Kerri Fotheringham was thrilled to have some volunteers help her last month. Every Memorial Day, all veteran's graves are to be marked by an American flag in memory of their service.
