Holiday sign-ups are now open! You can call Kent Social Services or Ravenna Center of Hope between 9am-3pm Monday through Friday to register your family. Registration includes food boxes for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as financial assistance for toys for children 0-13.
The Friends of Kent Free Library will hold their fall book sale October 14 - 16 in the library basement. For sale will be books, magazines, music CDs, and DVDs for adults and children that have been donated by community and that have been withdrawn from the library’s collection. Bring on the babies! This new event combines a more traditional storytime with space to play. Kick off the day with us at 10:30 for a brief, 15 minute toddler storytime then stay to play.
