Dennis G. Manion

Dennis G. Manion, age 76 of Marlboro passed away November 4, 2023, after declining health as a result of Essential Tremor disorder.

He was born December 8, 1947 to parents Charles and Hazel (Urmson) Manion. Denny graduated from Atwater High School in 1965. He was a proud Marine serving his country in 1966 to 1968. Denny retired from American Steel Foundry in Alliance after 30 years of service when the plant closed in 2002.

Denny is survived by his grand-daughter, Jessica Gensamer, as well as his siblings: William Manion of Hartville, Judi (Dale) Yeager of North Benton, and Jim (Peggy) Manion of Kent.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Veronica Jane (Howell), his daughter Tammy and brother Robert (Brenda) Manion.

Arrangements have been made by Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home in Sebring. Cremation has taken place. Denny and his wife Veronica will be laid to rest at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetary in Rittman.

A memorial service will be held on January 13, 2024 at 11 A.M. at the Maranatha Ministries, 14289 Edison St., Alliance.
