Introducing The Portager Fundraiser Program

- Ben Wolford ,

The Portager is giving student groups, nonprofits and community organizations the opportunity to raise money while supporting local news coverage in their communities.

The program is simple: For every Portage County resident you sign up for The Portager’s newsletter, we will give $1.50 to your organization.

Because it’s free for anyone to sign up to receive The Portager, all you need to collect is their name, email address and the town they live in

That’s it!

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Submit an application via this form
  2. If your application is accepted, we will give you some information about The Portager to share with your contacts and a spreadsheet to enter the signups.
  3. We’ll verify the email addresses and send you a check!
