First, Brian Miller reported that the roads are in good condition. Winter weather has been harsh this year, and winter storms have been handled well by the storm team. Salt supply is adequate for the end of the season. A contract to chip and seal roads is prepared for spring or summer.
In the middle of the finance committee meeting, IT Director Matt Coffman presented a contract proposal with Ubiquiti for street surveillance cameras and a Dell server. This topic brought extended conversation among council.
During public comments, council reviewed an issue with a RITA filing by a community member who expressed concern that documentation that was turned into the village for taxes was lost and not processed to RITA.
