Around Garrettsville: Don’t miss the next Curtains up Theatre production

The Garrettsville Farmers Market is in full swing — from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursdays, come out and enjoy fresh produce at the corner of High and Main streets in Garrettsville. Get your vegetables, cheese, eggs, honey, bakery, freeze-dried fruit, sourdough bread, meat and more.
The Eagles Club is still hosting its wing night from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays. Come enjoy $1 wings. This event is open to the public.

Proceeds from the upcoming Sip N Shop event will go toward the future home of Curtains up Theatre. The theater is proud to announce it is working to make its home on Main Street. Watch for more information.
In addition, a portion of the proceeds will once again be donated to the Chamber of Commerce’s beautification fund.
The Sip N Shop will feature about 44 vendors and seven wineries. It will take place from noon to 6 p.m. July 26 on Main Street in beautiful Garrettsville.

The Garrettsville Curtains up Theatre is proud to present the production of “The Play that Goes Wrong” at 7 p.m. Aug. 1, 2, 8 and 9, and at 1 p.m. Aug. 3, in the James A. Garfield auditorium. Elisa Bly is excited to expand her talents and direct this production. Tickets are available at the door: adults are $10, while seniors and children under 12 pay $8.
