While their kids draw with chalk on the sidewalk, their parents sat on benches and grass surrounding the Art on Main Ravenna festival on Saturday, June 11.
Ravenna and Portage County together on Main Street in downtown Ravenna to showcase artists in the community on Saturday, June 11. Lined up along the blocked-off street, artists sold their work ranging from paintings to sculptures to quilt making to jewelry.
Other attractions included a winery table, food trucks and live music. People and pets lounged in the grass while kids drew with chalk.
The event was put on by Main Street Ravenna, and this was the fifth year they have run it. Organizers described the event as a success with a good turnout.
