County roundup: Mogadore fire levy on the November ballot; Atwater, Randolph and Suffield updates

Mogadore Village Council passed legislation to put on the Nov. 3 ballot the renewal of an existing 3.5-mill tax levy with an increase of 1.23 mill for a total of 4.73 mills for the continuation of the full-time Mogadore Fire Department.

“If passed, that would also bring in approximately half a million dollars,” Mayor Mike Rick said.
