The Suffield League will hold its annual “Welcome Santa” at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10 inside the Town Hall at 1262 Waterloo Road. There will be cookies and other finger foods, punch and cocoa. And, of course, Santa will be there for the children.
The center of town, including the Town Hall, are all lit up for Christmas.
“It puts smiles on peoples’ faces,” township Chair Jeff Eldreth said.
The Crafted Artisan Meadery recently opened in the old — and refurbished — Suffield Fellowship Church at 1292 Waterloo Road. Pizza and wine with honey are among several unique menu items.
