What's better than books and gardening? Meet one Thursday a month, with speakers covering a variety of topics. We will be outside this month. Limited to 25 participants. Rain date will be August 1 at 2 pm. This program is intended for adults.

Japanese Artist Yasu Ishida will take participants on a magical ride through his art as he brings the story to life in this interactive program. This will be inside by the fireplace. This event is for school-age children.

Come and learn about the art of origami with Yasu Ishida during this engaging workshop! Limited to 25 participants. This event is intended for tweens/teens (ages 11-18) but anyone is welcome to sit in and learn. The event will be held in the library by the fireplace and in the Young Adult area.

Are you puzzled by your Medicare plan options? Join Marcy Rosenthal, a licensed Medicare advisor, at the Aurora Library to learn about Medicare, plan options, and how to select the best plan for your needs.

Jill Halligan, OSU Extension and butterfly enthusiast, will show how to choose native when landscaping your yard at the Aurora Library! Take a photo tour of native plants and the pollinators they attract. You’ll also learn about host plants, nectar plants, and what time of year each plant blooms.

Join us at our Aurora, Garrettsville, Brimfield, Randolph and Windham Library Branches to view the moon's complete eclipse path on April 8th. A limited number of Eclipse glasses will be available while supplies last. For all ages.

The Portage County Park District is coming to the Aurora Library to discuss bats - including their habitat, fun facts and how they live among us. This event is intended for ages 3 - 13.
