Roger Bliss
Roger Bliss, 69, formerly of Kent, Ohio passed away October 16, 2023 in Costa Rica where he retired.
While a high school student at Kent Roosevelt, he was involved with foreign exchange students both in Austria and in Costa Rica where he made life long friends.
Roger leaves husband Gustavo, brother Clifford (Mary Jane), sister Claudia (David) Hopkins, and twin brother Ronald (Taka), and many nieces and nephews.
Roger requested his ashes be scattered on the ocean.
