Project Description:
The project will provide the Village of Windham with a Fixed Network Advanced Metering
Infrastructure (AMI) system. It includes the procurement of 610 water meters and
associated software, as specified in the contract documents. This is an equipment
procurement project only-no installation is required.
Bid Submission:
Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Windham until 10:00 a.m. EST on July 2,
2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid opening will take place at the Administration Building, 9083 N. Main Street, Windham, OH 44288.

All bidders must purchase a bid packet to submit a qualified bid. A non-refundable payment of thirty dollars ($30.00) is required to download an electronic copy of the bid
documents. Checks should be made payable to Northeast Blueprint and Supply. All
documents become the property of the prospective bidder.
