Harriet C. Loudin (1845-1907) was an African-American suffragist, educator, and wife of world-famous musician Frederick Loudin. Their home was on S. Walnut St. in Ravenna, Ohio. Learn more about Harriet's life and her influence on her famous husband Frederick Loudin, leader of the Fisk Jubilee Singers. Christina McVay teaches English and Pan-African Literature at Kent State University.
