UH Portage Medical Center – Free Fall Health Screenings

UH Portage Medical Center will be hosting a Fall Health Screening Event featuring the following free preregistered and walk-up screenings:

Preregistered screenings include: Prostate Cancer Screening, Sleep Apnea Screening, Foot Health Screening, Diabetic Foot Screening, Body Mechanics (throwing, walking/running, golf swing/readiness)

Walk-up screenings include: Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index, Pre-diabetes Risk Assessment, Breast Health Education, Guy’s Health Checklist, Women’s Health Checklist
