Serving in three combat tours as a U.S. Army pilot in Vietnam and Cambodia, Joe Sepsey did not know he had PTSD. After being diagnosed by a VA psychologist in 2006, Joe was challenged to find something to not only help him live with PTSD but to improve his quality of life. Joe picked ballroom dancing and he will tell you how transformative it was, inspiring him to write nine books! Join us as we listen to Joe tell us about his time in the Army, being diagnosed with PTSD and how he has conquered his life since.
