|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until October 30, 2022

Haymaker Farmers’ Market is a producers-only marker for the Kent-area producers of local foods and farm crafts, bringing the best food to you every week of the year! Fresh produce, baked goods, meats, eggs, cheese, preserves, honey, maple, sweet treats, fresh roasted coffee, body products, food trucks, and much more! Approximately 25-40 vendors each week with an ever changing seasonal mix of products will have something for everyone.
We welcome the Ohio Direction Card and offer a $25/week Produce Perks match for SNAP customers for the purchase of fresh fruit and vegetables. We also participate in other food access programs, like WIC, Senior Nutrition Vouchers, TANF Produce Perks, & more!
“Music at the Market” will bring our weekly, free, public concert series to the Market May-October, with outstanding local musicians scheduled. The last Saturday of the month has local artists scheduled alongside our usual food vendors for “Art at the Market”.
Haymaker Farmers’ Market provides a connection between producers of local food and the community by creating a vibrant and sustainable gathering place promoting direct access to fresh and prepared food, agricultural and environmental education and the arts.
Open Saturday mornings 9am-1pm May-October, 10am-1pm November-April
Outdoor Season (April-November): downtown Kent, Franklin Ave between Summit St & W. College St (under Haymaker Pkwy bridge)
Indoor Season: (December-March): United Methodist Church of Kent, 1435 E. Main St, Kent, OH 44240
