The Cockatoo Encounter features rescued cockatoos that were abused, neglected, and abandoned. Today they are living their best lives and are educating folks about responsible pet ownership and conservation. Learn and visit with them at the library.
Save the Cockatoos was founded by Logan Jimenez to create a network of experts, zookeepers, rescue workers, and cockatoo fans to improve the lives of cockatoos in human care and cockatoos in the wild. Limited to 150 guests of any age.
