Arthritis Exercise Class

Struggling with the effects of chronic pain from arthritis? Improve joint mobility, strength, and balance with (mostly) seated exercises, specific to those with arthritis. Limited to 10 participants.
This event is intended for adults and seniors. The class meets at the library and has modifications for every level of exercise ability. Limited to 10 participants.
